If you are given a DUI/DWAI
ticket in the State of Colorado, An A.D.A.D. certified DUI/DWAI program must be completed in order to regain your driving
privileges. The amount of treatment is based on the number of offenses in a life time and your B.A.C.(blood alcohol content)
at the time of your arrest.

An official Intake of $95.00 must be completed prior to all Level
I classes.
The sooner the Intake is completed the more likely you will get into the class you would like. Classes
fill fast, so don't wait the week before the class to enroll.
The Curriculum below is a
Tracking System from A to D that will give you the proper classes that must be attended according to Motor Vehicle by the
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division of Colorado.

Monitored Antabuse Program - Total estimated
cost. Monitoring fee of $20.00 per month. An antabuse physical will cost $100.00 to $200.00. A 30 day supply of
antabuse is approximately $25.00. You will be on antabuse for approximately _____ months.

Reduced fees are not available at this program. There is a $10.00 fee for each
